If you are a current patient, you can book an appointment online, securely send and receive forms, request medication refills, or update demographic/pharmacy information by logging on to your password-protected patient portal
Patient Portal- frequently asked questions
1. How do I schedule an appointment online? Log on to your patient portal, the tab for scheduling new appointments is in upper right corner.
2. How do I request a medication refill? Go to “messages” tab in right column, and send refill request (please indicate name, dose, and preferred pharmacy).
3. Is there an alternative method to request an appointment or medication refill? Yes! Email me directly at drgriffin@edmundgriffinmd.com. Please include the words NEW APPOINTMENT or in subject line, and let me know your preferred day/time of day. For refills, please include the word REFILL in subject line, and indicate medication, dose, and preferred pharmacy.
4. How do I see and reschedule upcoming appointments? Go to “appointments” tab in right column. (Please note that this office has a 48hr cancellation/reschedule policy).
5. How to I access claim forms? Go to “shared documents” tab in right column to access claim forms and statements.
6. How do I reset my password? Press the PATIENT PORTAL button to access the secure log in page. Next to the dialogue box for username and password is a link for resetting your username and/or password.
